  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback
  • Client-requested scope changes after project approval

4. Timeline for Refunds

Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within a reasonable timeframe. The actual time it takes for funds to reflect may depend on your payment provider.


5. Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project, please inform us as early as possible. We will assess the work completed and provide a fair refund if eligible.
